Portugal Yoga & Nature Retreat

Join us for a weekend to immerse yourself in nature through grounding yoga classes, delicious farm-to-table food prepared by an expert in-house chef, and guided excursions in the beautiful hills and beaches of Portugal.

This retreat is an opportunity to spend three nights nourishing your mind & body in the beautiful countryside of Alentejo, Portugal. You will enjoy delicious food grown on-site in the Cucumbi garden in the warm Portuguese Autumnal sun put together in nourishing meals. You will experience twice daily yoga classes, led by two 500+ RYTs, that will be tailored to all levels and curated to help you reach a balanced state of being. You can join a Forest Bathing workshop, guided excursions into nature, and plenty of time to explore the 115 acre farm, visit the private lake where you can kayak, paddle board and swim, or take a dip in the salt water swimming pool overlooking the hills of Alentejo. In the evening, read a book, play games or get to know like-minded people in front of the warmth of a wood burning fire. It will be a weekend to switch off from everyday life and to focus on resetting your internal state so that you can show up fully and energetically for yourself and others in your life.
