Weekly evening classes designed to shake off your day and ease you into the evening. It will start dynamic and end super soft and gentle to prepare you for your evening.

Class descriptions
All of my classes are suitable for all levels.
I aim to create a supportive and inclusive environment for everyone exploring movement, breath, and body awareness at your own pace by offering variations for everyone.
Flow - A dynamic yoga flow, carefully curated to energise with influences from lineages such as Ashtanga, Katonah and Hatha-Vinyasa.
Slow Flow - A slow and strong flow where we will hold the poses for slightly longer and focus on intentional movement and alignment. Whilst this is not necessarily a gentle flow, the slower movement and longer holds means there will be more time for those who are newer to yoga to experience each pose.
Yin - A yoga practice that uses less active effort and much longer holds (of 3-6 minutes) to deeply stretch your muscle fascia. I incorporate the latest research on fascial and muscle health to guide you to feel the benefits of this incredible practice.
