For beginners, life-long practitioners and everything in between. Whether you are looking to practice your vinyasa flow, learn to touch your toes, improve your posture, work on inversions, or anything else my sessions will be curated to guide you to your goal.
Yoga Therapy
A private 1:1 session that uses a more therapeutic approach to your yoga practice using influences from different lineages including Ayurveda, Yin, Katonah, Restorative, Traditional Chinese Medicine (acupressure). Each session will be tailored to your therapeutic needs and seek to foster a sense of inner harmony.
