The success of yoga in the park in Lisbon has inspired me to bring this to London whilst I am in the UK during August 2025. Exact location will be confirmed after booking.

One hour of yoga led by Annalisa along with one hour of Sauna + Cold Therapy led by the amazing Happi Sauna, all in the beautiful countryside of Buckinghamshire
